Working closely with engineers to carry out the guidelines

Responsible for the following photo collage apps, including PhotoGrid, Collage Maker, and iCamera
Web App
Designed PhotoGrid online editing website, including sign-up, payment process, and animation effects.
Optimizing the collage-making editor led to a 4% increase in user retention and a 10% decrease in bounce rate.
User Research
Conducted user interviews to identify problems, using a prioritization matrix to guide UX decisions.
Analyzed and created actionable insights for stakeholders.
Achievements
Revamped subscription growth through A/B testing, achieving a 13.8% increase in the conversion rate for the test group.
Designed promotional materials for in-app events to increase the conversion rate by 8% and significantly boost downloads.
